Include citations to support the plan.

Create a detailed plan for how to develop and supervise the instructional and leadership capacity of school staff in the math program that includes how the plan will positively impact student achievement and address each of the following: strategies for working collaboratively with school staff to improve teaching and learning; based on instructional needs of staff, design professional growth plans to increase the capacity of school staff and leaders that reflect national professional development standards and that are consistent with the school vision and goals. Citations are included related to the plan.

Critically use research to create detailed strategies to promote effective and appropriate technologies to support teaching and learning in your school’s literacy or math program addressing each of the following: improving and enriching classroom instruction, student achievement, and continuous school improvement in math; monitoring instructional practices and assessment in math and provide continual assistance to teachers. Include citations to support strategies.

Create detailed strategies with specific examples for how to act with integrity and fairness in supporting school policies and staff practice to ensure that the school is accountable for every student’s academic and social success in math.
