The client is treating at a substance abuse treatment center and as part of his stay is undergoing a family assessment. The following instructions apply to the biopsychosocial spiritual assessment for this family. The father (38) is treating and his wife (36_ and two children ages 8 and 2 (girls) are present for the assessment.
