As adults, we have the opportunity to collect and store documentation for a variety of activities; checking and savings accounts, recipes, photographs, etc. Reflect on how you systematized your personal records and then how would you use those same strategies in organizing children’s portfolios in your classroom. Would you change anything about your current systems or are you very organized. Remember to post our thoughts then respond respectfully to at least 2 other classmates.

Overcoming fear-producing situations
After reading chapter 4 in the textbook, we see how teachers can support children through stressful, fearful and angry situations. For his reflection:
Choose three fear-producing situation and write up how you could use books with the child to help reduce his/her fear.
Give the names of the books and a short summary of the storyline and it could reduce the fear in children.
