You and your team will propose a change in organizational culture, leading to enhanced employee engagement (collaborate), through enhanced innovation (creativity) which creates cost savings in the long term (control) and leads to greater competitive advantage (compete).
You must now sell your proposal to four higher-level executives, all of whom you work with on a daily basis. They will also make the final recommendation to the president and Board regarding your proposal’s adoption or rejection. Each executive managerial frame represents one of the four quadrants of competing values leadership in their respective approach to management. As a result, they are all typically at odds with one another and bringing them to a common decision on your proposal will be very challenging.
Considering all you have learned to date about the Competing Values Framework, explain your appeal to each of these executives and how you would bring them to a common understanding and acceptance of your proposal focusing on the leadership behaviors that will be necessary for an organizational culture change to occur. Remember to include a minimum of two academic peer-reviewed scholarly articles in your initial post and at least one scholarly reference in your reply post. Be sure to include Biblical integration and perspective in at least one of your posts.
