Windmill energy production forecasting using machine learning and deep learning techni

Official goal of the project:

The goal of the project is to design and implement a clustering perspective forecasting model. Moreover, the project aims to apply geographic data (such as ground roughness, elevation, windmill location) and accurate weather data to support the construction of the forecasting model.The intended learning outcomes for this project are: – Design and implement data collecting and cleaning methods – A small supplementary survey on the clustering-based wind-mill forecasting methods – Design and implement a forecasting model for the electricity production of windmills based on weather and geographic data – Evaluation and reflection of the forecasting model

My goal:

I need to write my master thesis in computer science. First I need to create a forecasting model based on the data that I already have. I have 20gb of data containing the windmill energy production of a certain country from the last 5 years (data is confidential!). Based on this I should create a forecasting model for the next 24 hours, using machine learning/deep learning techniques (the model should not be too complicated, but we need to make sure there will be something to write about). After this model is created, I need to write a paper for approx 50 pages about all this work. I have attached a small sample of the data in a csv format to have an idea of how it looks and also an old paper on the same topic. I can give you more details if need. I would like to know an approximate cost for all this and if it can be done before 15.02. Thank you
