Marketing Opportunity Analysis
Overview: Students are required to undertaken a situation analysis for an Australian food product manufacturer, including macro and micro environmental analyses. Drawing this information together through a SWOT, students will identify a market opportunity, and develop a product strategy for a specified target market in response to this opportunity.

Your task is to choose a product manufactured by an Australian food retailer and to research and analyse the macro and micro enviorment for that product, with a view to modifying that product in some way to make the product more environmentally sustainable. You might consider changes to ingredients, product design, and or packaging in your product modification. Your recommendations should also include consideration for your target market and intended market positioning.
