Understand key issues that global companies might face during the internationalisation process
Critically discuss the main concepts of management, HR and communication in cross cultural context
Be able to apply them to an organisation operating in a particular environment;
Evaluate the strategic implications of culture on international management practices.
Appreciate the reasons companies engage in international business;
Understand simultaneous and sequential models of internationalization process for;
Become familiar with internationalization in emerging markets.
