Healthcare Administration Capstone Project – Part 3: Implementing Policy in the He
Your Capstone project will be completed in stages, with specific assignments. You will have the opportunity to use your instructor’s feedback from the weekly assignments to refine your project.
Your completed project, will be graded based on the following four criteria:
Organization
Thoroughness
Persuasiveness
Quality of sources listed in the citations section
Week 4 Implementing Policy in the Health Care Delivery System
Your hard work has paid off and the bill has passed. You now are responsible for working directly with the Director of Quality Improvement for a pilot Health Care System. You and your team must establish policies and procedures to ensure health law compliance to the new law.
You must work with team members to create policies and procedures that address the requirements, determine who the changes impact the most, and work with those people to develop a comprehensive communication strategy.
Develop an organizational plan specifying who in the organization will be responsible for driving the change. Identify personnel and their roles and responsibilities in ensuring that the organization is compliant.
Technical specifications:
Prepare a five (5) page paper identifying key personnel roles and responsibilities in ensuring that the organization is compliant.
Identify the process and procedures by which this new law will implemented in the organization.
Identify any financial implications and how they will be addressed.
Students should use correct grammar, spelling, and sentence and paragraph structure.
Students should use proper APA style to cite sources.
