This is a History paper based on early colonist and what their eating habits were and what influenced them. The question that i have been given to answer throughout this paper is “what did colonists consider a complete meal and why?

This is an interesting observation, but what does this observation mean and why does this observation matter? You need to tell the reader that. Develop this; spend some time fleshing this out before you move on to the writing.
